Step by Step Shopping Guide
Shopping is made easy at Robot Ninjas! Below is a step by step guide for those who are experiencing problems with ordering! Follow this guide and enjoy a fuss free shopping experience at Robot Ninjas!
1) Start Shopping by browsing through items on site based on categories.
Click on the respective thumbnails to view product page.
Item Status
AVAILABLE : Available instocks for this item
PENDING : all stocks are pending for this item. You can leave a waiting list comment if you're interested in the item.
SOLD OUT / OUT OF STOCK : stocks for this item is sold out.
BACKORDER : item available for purchase with a waiting time frame of 2-4 working weeks depending on design.
2) Item Product Page
This is the individual product page where you can view more pictures and the descriptions and measurements.
If you wish to purchase this, choose the quantity / colour / sizing (if any) and click on "Add to Cart" button. You can continue to shop by adding more things into the cart regardless whether the item is AVAILABLE or BACKORDER.
Note! AVAILABLE item will be shipped to you first with no additional charges added (unless registered mail is requested) if you have BACKORDER items in your purchase too.
3) Shopping Cart
After you're done with deciding your items, confirm them and select "CHECK OUT"
Tip! You can delete items by clicking the "Remove" button or edit the quantity by keying the desired number and click "Update".
If you still want to look around the store, click "Continue Shopping". Happy with your selection and ready to check out? Simply click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and the bottom right of the page.
4) Check out Process
Total of 6 steps to be completed for a successful check out.
You can either CHECKOUT AS GUEST, REGISTER a new account or LOG IN if you're registered.
CHECKOUT AS GUEST : Select "Checkout as Guest" and click "Continue" to proceed to next step.
REGISTER : Register with us for a fuss free future check out as your address is saved. This means you will only require to fill in your address during registration.
Select "Register" and click "Continue". You will be redirect to another page to create an account.
LOG IN : Key in your email address and password then click "Log in" button.
Fill up the form with your details. Do ensure all information and address information is accurate (especially unit number and postal code!).
To ship to the same address, select "Ship to this address" and click on "Continue".
If you're buying it for a friend or wish to ship to another address, select "Ship to different address" and click on "Continue".
Select your shipping method.
Normal mail : complimentary to one address / package per order. (no splitting of package).
Normal mail orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days after payment is verified. This mode of postage cannot be track. Singpost and Robot Ninjas will not be liable for any lost mails under this delivery option.
Registered mail : Additional $2.24 per one address / package per order. If you wish to split into two packages or there's a BACKORDER item in your order, additional $2.24 will be charged for the second shipment.
Registered mail orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days after payment is verified. Parcels sent using this delivery option can be tracked using Singpost website.

We accept DBS/UOB/OCBC Internet Banking (IB) transfers, DBS/UOB/OCBC ATM transfers, Debit/Credit Card transfers and Paypal.
Tip! You can pay via debit card or credit card by choosing paypal for easy check-out and express payment verification.
*Do note that there will be an additional 6% tax charged by Paypal for all Debit/Credit Card and Paypal payment.
Review your order. Double check your address on the side bar and your order.
If you wish to make any changes, click on "Change".
If everything is correct, click on "Place Order". After clicking, a pop up box will appear. Click "OK" on the pop up box.
Do note that if you choose paypal the previous step, it will lead you to paypal's page to make immediate payment.
5) Successful check out
How to tell if you've checked out successfully? A successful check out will redirect you to the following page after completing all of the above steps. This is how it looks like :
You'll receive a payment invoice with your invoice number in your email shortly after. If you did not receive any emails, do check your spam or junk folders. If not, you can always email us at sales@therobotninjas.com for assistance!

By receiving a payment invoice, it means that the item(s) you've checked out will be reserved for you for 24 hours. Do proceed with payment if you receive the payment invoice. After payment is made, reply to the payment invoice in the stated format.
You'll also receive your login information if its the first time you're shopping with us! (: Do login into our site for faster check-out process and special discounts for future purchases!
Do check out item(s) only if you're 100% sure that you're getting the item. After making payment, we will verify them in 24-36 hours. Updates of the order status will be done via email.
Please take note that the system will automatically cancel all unpaid invoices after 48 hours. An unpaid order will result in only 24 hours payment time frame for future orders with zero time extension. User will also be black-listed after 3 unpaid invoices.
Do understand as the item you did not want or pay for might be on someone else's wishlist!
